EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT

Exchange requests must be made within three (3) days of the order being delivered for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
Email us within the three (3) days at Contact@LaHavaneNewYork.com, and be specific in telling us what the exchange item is: style name and description. 
Your responsible for shipping costs back to us as well as emailing us the tracking information. Once we receive, we’ll send your new item, and will email you tracking information.
Exchanges may be made with item(s) of equal or lesser cost.
No exceptions.

All sale and/or discounted  items (including but not limited to: promotional codes, offers, flash sales) are final. No returns. No exchanges.

Oops! We're human too. If you are exchanging an item due to a hiccup on our part, simply email us within three (3) days of receival date at Contact@LaHavaneNewYork.com with a detailed description of what is damaged as well as a picture. Your responsible in shipping it back to us once we give you the go, with tracking information. Once we receive, we'll happily send you the same item in return. No substitutions please. No exceptions. We do our part to ensure you do yours.


WHERE IS IT?

All orders are sent within ten (10) days from purchase, unless otherwise noted. Thanks to technology, USPS provides tracking numbers for all our domestic (USA) shipments. We are not legally held responsible for packages once this proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be responsible for delivered items that are lost or stolen. USPS does not recognize any special delivery instructions (ie: leave package in back gate), so please do not include special delivery instructions. With your tracking information, you can also see which facility your shipment is being held. Please be a responsible consumer and do your research to ensure you get your item. We happily provide all the tools for you to be self-sufficient. No exceptions.

For international orders, we always provide you with the Customs Claim number. We are not legally held responsible for packages once this proof of delivery is generated. Should there be a hiccup with your item crossing the pond, your name, phone number, and email will be the only form of communication the Customs agents have, so please be keenly aware of your legal responsibilities. We cannot be responsible for delivered items that are lost or stolen. No exceptions.
