EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT

Exchange requests must be made within seven (7) days of the order being delivered for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Be specific in telling us what the exchange item is: style name and description.
Simply ship it back to us with tracking information and once we receive, we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.
Exchanges may be made with item(s) of equal or lesser cost.

Oops! We're human too. If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by us or because something arrived damaged, we will reimburse with store credit for the shipping costs.

WHERE IS IT?

Thanks to technology, USPS provides tracking numbers for all our shipments. We cannot be held responsible for packages once this proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be responsible for delivered items that are lost or stolen. We're also here to help along the way, let us know if USPS slipped and we'll help you on your quest.
